• Cancellations by email require 48 hours notice --info@sylviahotel.com
• 24 hour cancellation notice is required for one room booking
• 72 hour cancellation notice is required for bookings of two or more rooms
• 30 DAYS cancellation notice required for bookings made one year in advance..
   1 night deposit is required if booking one year in advance at the time of booking.
• Cancellation policies are subject to change. Please refer to your confirmation.
• A cancellation number will be issued at the time of cancellation.
• Check-in time is 3pm
• Check-out time is 12noon
• Pets – We love pets however any damage to the room will be the guest’s responsibility
• 8% GST plus 5% PST plus 2% DMO tax plus 1.5% Destination Marketing Fee (16.5%) will be charged on rooms
• Parking - $15.00 plus tax per night, per vehicle
